honey balsamic brussels sprouts

  • 2 lb. of brussels sprouts
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsps. honey

1. Wash & halve brussels sprouts.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper & salt.
3. Roast in the oven at 400ºF for approx. 20 min.
4. Toss with Balsamic vinegar and honey, and serve.
